Paint a mug morning



J and Simi were super hungry this morning. They devoured their pear and blueberry pancake pie. Here's the recipe if you'd like to give it a go.
1 TBS butter
Preheart oven to 400F
while oven heats place butter in 9in pie pan and place in oven to melt
remove and swirl in pan to grease bottom and sides
1 large pear
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tea brown sugar
Peel and thinly slice pear
Place pear slices in bottom of pie pan on top of butter
Dot blueberries between pear slices
sprinkle with sugar
3/4 cup rice milk
2/3 cup flour
2 eggs
2 tea sugar
1/2 tea vanilla
1/4 tea salt
1/4 tea cinnamon
Wisk together in a bowl until smooth
pour over pears in pie pan
Bake until puffed and golden brown (20-30min)
