How was your Boy Scout camping trip this weekend?

I'll answer in pictures...for the most part.

How was the weather?

Forecast predicted 0% chance of rain and mid-50's

Actuality: 100% chance of 12 hours of steady hard rain with temps hovering around 33 degrees.

Did Eagle have fun meeting new friends?

Totally. We saw him twice the whole weekend. We had to snap the camera fast or we'd miss him.

Did Eagle learn any new skills?

Only blow dart throwing, poisonous leaf spotting, geology, arrowhead making, fire building, leading a flag ceremony, tomahawk throwing and using botanicals for medicinal purposes.

How were the camping conditions?

3 inches of water in our tent by 3am, soaking wet mattresses, clothing, pillows, blankets, pajamas, towels, shoes, coats, hats and books. Did I mention it was 33 degrees?

Were you prepared?

for a 10 week stay.

All in all was it a good weekend?

Yeah, I think they enjoyed themselves.
