
Life, I've recently learned, has a lot in common with yoga. Yoga like life can get you into some very difficult maneuvers and much of the time it hurts. But they both insist that you grow and become more flexible. It struck me funny as I was in a painful position in class this week the instructor said "relax though it and breath". I hope I can remember those sage words when life gets hard. I want to remember to relax and breath without rushing and tensing up.
